By creating an account or using CallAnyplace ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
CallAnyplace provides AI-powered, real-time translation of phone calls and in-person conversations, business phone-number search, and optional cloning of your own voice for translated speech. The Service is currently in early/beta release and may change or be interrupted.
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Translations are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. CallAnyplace is not a certified human interpreter and must not be relied on for medical, legal, emergency, financial, or other high-stakes communication. You use translations at your own risk.
Calls are placed over third-party telecom networks and may incur usage-based charges or consume credits. Paid plans and credits, where offered, are billed through the applicable app store or payment processor and are subject to their terms.
You retain rights to your voice, recordings, and transcripts. You grant us the limited license needed to process them to provide the Service (e.g., translating, synthesizing, and storing your history). See our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallAnyplace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from translation errors, missed or dropped calls, or your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
